Role: Principal Creative Director
Challenge: Create a cohesive design and marketing package to position Uplands Corporate Center as a premier office destination within Drawbridge Realty’s $2B portfolio.
Solution: I delivered a comprehensive creative package that unified environmental design and marketing strategy. This included leading the lobby design concept, creating site and garage wayfinding signage, and developing a full project brand identity. To support leasing and marketing, I produced architectural renderings, a marketing brochure, professional photography, a rendered animation, and a custom VR package using Google Lens Cardboard that allowed prospective tenants to virtually tour the spaces.
Impact: Elevated the property’s profile and brand, enabling the developer to secure top-tier tenants and full occupancy. My creative partnership also led the lead developer to request my design concepts for his personal home, reflecting the trust built through this project.
