Challenge: Roadrunner’s sales organization lacked a unified, scalable toolkit to present services, data, and capabilities consistently. Existing decks and collateral were fragmented, off-brand, and time-consuming to customize — limiting both efficiency for sales teams and the ability to deliver a polished, tech-forward customer experience.

Solution: Designed an interactive, customizable PowerPoint deck and multiple collateral types, plus developed a training series to ensure adoption. Partnered with the CEO and sales leaders on high-stakes customer and investor presentations.

Impact: Achieved 100% adoption across the U.S., reduced prep time by ~60%, eliminated off-brand materials, and reinforced Roadrunner’s tech-forward image.
